We are pleased to announce the winner of this year's Ted Harrison Foundation scholarship: Kelsey Jules! Kelsey studies art at Thompson Rivers University at Kamloops.
The Ted Harrison Foundation supports the development of Canadian artists and art education in Canada. This mission was important to Ted in order to help young people discover art. He believed that art comes from a child’s soul – for unlike other subjects it has no rules.
