(Wingate) is now owned and operated by his son Charles, along with Ted’s close friend and lawyer of 30 years, Barry Bergh (now retired). Kaitlyn Webb Patience has worked with Wingate for five years and is very familiar with Ted’s work - both serigraphs and originals. Saying goodbye to some of our favourite prints

The Ted Harrison serigraph collection includes 80 vibrant images, with the first print dated in 1980, and the most recent completed in 2010. Each print was painstakingly layered with paint, colour by colour, in editions of 150 to 220. These low edition numbers help the prints to remain valuable and cherished. Now, of the 80 serigraph designs, only 45 images remain! And 12 of those havejust ONE PRINT LEFT. Schools say Thank-you!

A few weeks ago we introduced you to "Stan's Summer Adventure" -  a colouring book for children (and adults!) based on the adventures of a happy totem owl. The Ted Harrison Foundation has been steadily gifting these books to school children across Canada. The Dickens Annex School school in Vancouver has sent us some amazing thank-you cards depicting Stan. These grade 1's and 2's sure are talented and creative!

Celebrate the Day - Anniversary of Ted Harrison's Passing

In addition to being the name of one of Ted's paintings, it is the way he wanted to be remembered. On January 16, 2015, Ted passed away at his home in beautiful Victoria, BC. In April, his family, friends, and fans gathered at the University of Victoria to celebrate his accomplishments, and the person that he was. New Product - Ted Harrison Foundation Colouring and Story Book

Stan's Summer Adventure! Written by longtime friend B.G. Bergh and illustrated by artist Freyja Zazu (who painted with Harrison), this new colouring book follows Stan, a charming totem owl as he collects adventures on a warm summer's day. The loose lyrical lines are highly reminiscent of Ted Harrison's own style and encourage users to question where one colour should end and another begin! Ted Harrison passed away in 2015 but left behind his gift of seeing our World as a beautiful and colourful place. Ted Harrison Foundation Scholarship Recipient 2015

We are pleased to announce the winner of this year's Ted Harrison Foundation scholarship: Kelsey Jules! Kelsey studies art at Thompson Rivers University at Kamloops.  The Ted Harrison Foundation supports the development of Canadian artists and art education in Canada. This mission was important to Ted in order to help young people discover art.
